This week was the first round of exams this semester for everyone here at UW-L. It was pretty stressful--I had a genetics test on Monday, a radiation physics test on Wednesday, and I have a genetics lab quiz tomorrow. Then next week I have a pathophysiology test and also a test in my readings, writings, and research in radiation therapy class. So I am studying like crazy...
This weekend there is an all campus event called RECtoberfest that is an alcohol-alternative to Oktoberfest. It is going to be held at the RECreational Eagle Center here on campus on Friday night from 9pm to midnight. There are going to be tons of games, a wii set up, inflatable games, trike races, and all sorts of things. It is sure to be a great time and with the chance to win a free bike, why wouldn't you want to go?
Then on Saturday night, Coate Hall is putting on a house party. There is going to be tons of food, fun, and music!! Plus, the chance to meet new people that live in Coate Hall is a great reason to check it out! :)
