I'm "Finally" Done!

Well, now I can officially say that "I'm 'finally' done" with final exams for this semester! I got up at 6am this morning because I wanted to have some extra time to study before my anatomy and physiology final exam at 7:45am. I am just glad that the exam was not cumulative. Instead, it just covered the last unit of material we learned in lecture which was muscle physiology. I felt like the test itself went alright. It would've gone better if I had just spent a little bit more time studying, but that can usually be said for most tests.

Then after I got done with the anatomy and physiology test, I came back to the dorm. I gathered my chemistry stuff together and went down to the basement to study. It is really nice that there is a separate study room with a door that closes in almost every residence hall. It makes it easier to concentrate when you are really trying to study. Anyway, I spent the next four hours or so straight studying chemistry. Then at 2:15pm, I took a break and went to the sub shop to get something to eat for a late lunch. After that, I came back and studied chemistry some more up until the final at 4:45pm. I ended up taking the entire 2 hour alloted time limit to finish the test. I felt alright about the test in general. I don't think any more studying would have helped me in this case. It just comes down to knowing what to do with each individual problem. I knew all of the processes and everything else pretty well, it's just a matter of knowing what to do when and connecting different things which can be very frustrating. I guess that's kind of how life is. You have all the tools you need to succeed, but it's up to you to take advantage and use the correct tools in the correct combinations at the correct time. It's amazing what college is teaching me...

Happy Holidays everyone! :)
