Whew! I finally made it through most of this week! It was so busy and stressful!! I'll tell you a FEW of the things I had to do this week...I had a test in anatomy and physiology on Monday and a paper also due for the same class on Monday. Then I had a paper due for Economics on Tuesday and a Chemistry test on Wednesday. Yeah, what a load! Let me tell you, I am glad to have all that done and over, but now I have to study more just to keep up with things for the next round of tests. That's just the way college is. I also have a lab practical on this coming Monday. I have to take all these classes before I can apply to the Radiation Therapy program, which I plan on doing this January! I am really nervous and excited at the same time...I am really passionate about radiation therapy as a career, but I am also nervous because the program is very competitive. Only about 20-25 students are accepted each year!
As for this weekend, there is an event called RECtoberfest going on tomorrow night at the Recreational Eagle Center (REC) on campus. This is an alcohol alternative event to Oktoberfest, which is going on in La Crosse starting this weekend. There are going to be tons of fun activities to do and there are all alcohol-free. They are also going to be giving prizes away! It's going to be so much fun!!! :)
